Our expertise is demonstrated through projects such as the 8,200 sq m multi-user office building Woods Nordport in Copenhagen, where the office spaces are tailored to the tenants' specific needs. Another major project is the ongoing CPH Pulse, commissioned by our long-standing partner Skanska. This 18,000 sq m office building is set for completion in 2025 and is expected to achieve DGNB Platinum certification.
Regardless of the form of contract, Nordstern is included as a team player. We listen to the client and our partners, so that the project is tailored with the best possible solutions that can meet the project's visions, such as when recycled concrete was used at Høje Taastrup Town Hall, to reduce the use of raw materials.
