28-storey construction in Aarhus

High-rise building with varying floor levels containing 652 micro apartments.
Construction of a residential high-rise building with 652 micro-apartments and panoramic views of Aarhus and Mols Bjerge. The building will have 28 storeys with varying levels down to the eighth floor.
The structure is a semicircle with an opening to the south, which brings natural daylight into almost all apartments.
The apartments are down to 25 sq m with one room, kitchen, bathroom and private balcony. In addition, common facilities will be established, such as fitness, lounge area, roof terrace, café and laundry. These communal areas are to encourage common activities for the residents and create a sense of community.
The apartments are intended for students and couples who want a flexible everyday life where everything is gathered under one roof.
The high-rise building is one of Aarhus' tallest residential buildings.
