Apartment Buildings
At Nordstern, we build homes for every stage of life. We have constructed a wide range of apartment buildings across Denmark - both private and social housing - with a focus on security, functionality and quality.
Our projects encompass different types of housing and development, including urban spaces, high-end apartment buildings and a variety of housing options. We ensure reliable project delivery through a continuous focus on material selection, solutions, schedules, quality and costs.
The homes are developed and constructed in close collaboration with clients, consultants and authorities to ensure a smooth construction process that creates value.
Examples include Trælasten in Aarhus, where the apartment buildings are combined with commercial premises and urban spaces, bringing activity to the area throughout the day.
On Zealand, our projects include Capella at Islands Brygge, comprising 168 homes designed with a focus on high architectural quality and an attractive courtyard.
Our portfolio includes both DGNB-certified and Nordic Swan Ecolabelled residential developments. We construct homes across different forms of tenure - from private homes to social housing – with a focus on functionality, quality and residents’ everyday lives.
