Apartment Buildings
At Nordstern, we build homes for all stages of life. We have constructed a wide range of apartment buildings across the country - both private and social housing - where safety, functionality, and quality are central.
We embrace diverse projects and housing types, incorporating urban spaces, exclusive apartment buildings, and varied residential designs. We deliver with reliability by maintaining a consistent focus on sustainability, time, quality, and cost.
The homes are developed and built in close collaboration with clients, consultants, and authorities to ensure a smooth and value-creating construction process.
Examples include Trælasten in Aarhus, where the apartment buildings are integrated with commercial spaces and urban areas to bring life to the neighbourhood throughout the day.
On Zealand, we were responsible for Capella at Islands Brygge, where 168 DGNB Gold-certified homes were constructed with an emphasis on high architectural quality and an attractive courtyard.
We build DGNB-certified and Swan-labelled homes that are healthy and energy-efficient. Whether private or social housing, owner-occupied or rental, we build with care and consideration for the residents.
