Terraced houses offer both privacy and a sense of community, and Nordstern has built such homes across much of the country. These residential projects place functionality, green outdoor spaces, and a homely atmosphere at the heart of their design.

One example is Tømmerupparken in Greve – one of the many co-housing communities developed by Nordstern – which provides space for multiple generations and diverse ways of living. In Tømmerupparken, residents share communal facilities and green areas, while each family has its own private home. Another example is Herning+, where 14 residential schemes are being developed, including several terraced houses designed to accommodate both young families and seniors.
