Terraced Housing

Terraced houses offer the opportunity to combine a private home with communal facilities and outdoor areas. Nordstern has constructed terraced houses across much of Denmark in developments where functionality, landscaping and the setting for everyday life have been carefully considered.

Tømmerupparken in Greve is one of the co-housing communities constructed by Nordstern, providing homes for different generations and ways of living. Residents share communal facilities and outdoor areas, while each household has its own private home. Another example is Herning+, where 14 residential developments are being created. These include terraced houses for both families with children and senior citizens.

We construct homes for different ways of living, incorporating urban spaces, communal areas and flexibility into the design. Each project is carried out in close collaboration with the client, ensuring that the architecture and functionality are aligned with the budget and the project’s specific requirements for materials and solutions.
