Student housing must be functional, energy-efficient, and adapted to the students’ lifestyles. For example, we have built Fortehusene, which offers homes for students, young families, seniors, and multiple generations under one roof.

Nordstern also has experience with student residences such as the DGNB Gold-certified PFA Kollegiet in Odense, consisting of 298 homes where a sense of community has been integrated into the building’s design, shared facilities, and outdoor spaces.

Another example is Håndværkskollegiet in Horsens, where 84 modern student flats have been constructed with a focus on high-quality craftsmanship, communal areas, a healthy indoor environment, and low energy consumption.
