Student Housing

Student housing must be functional, energy-efficient and tailored to students’ needs. One example is Fortehusene, which provides homes for students, families with children, senior citizens and multiple generations under one roof.

Nordstern also has experience in constructing student residences, including the DGNB-certified PFA Kollegiet in Odense. Its 298 homes are designed to foster a sense of community through the building’s layout, communal facilities and outdoor areas.

Another example is Håndværkskollegiet in Horsens, where we have constructed 84 student homes with a focus on quality craftsmanship and communal facilities, as well as meeting the project’s requirements for indoor climate and energy consumption.
