Housing built as multi-storey blocks, a corner house and a distinctive 100-metre high tower at Nørrebro

Construction of a total of 500 residential units for students, researchers, couples and families.

A large proportion of the residential units are dorm rooms located in the five multi-storey blocks. The residential units are characterised by being smaller student homes intended for one person.

The corner house is intended for students, while the tower with its larger apartments is also intended for e.g. couples or two people living together.

In order to create a light and airy streetscape towards Borgmestervangen and good functional student homes, the residential block is divided into seven buildings – a corner house, five multi-storey blocks and a tower.

In the tower, retail areas and parking will be established on the ground floor.

Each multi-storey block has its own roof terrace and there are communal spaces for the students on all floors. At a central location in the courtyard is a communal house for the residents. In addition, facilities such as a reading room and study room will be established.
