Construction of 156 apartments and a two-level underground car park
C. F. Møllers Have is a 12,000 sq m residential project consisting of 156 apartments and a public two-level underground car park. The building is eight storeys high and block-shaped with a common courtyard and orangery. All apartments have access to balconies and small private terraces on the ground floor. The apartments have one to four rooms and are mainly intended for one person, couples and seniors.
On the ground floor, office facilities is established for use by the tenants, which offer good opportunities for working at home and a community across the property. Similarly, a reading and homework café will be established, as well as a communal room with a kitchen.
The project is DGNB Gold certified. Recycled materials have been used, such as recycled bricks in the facades, and the access balconies are partly made of wood.
Water consumption is minimised through shared laundry rooms, washing machines and tumble driers, which also improves the indoor climate by reducing the moisture level in the apartments. A combined bulky waste and exchange room will be established for the residents.
The courtyard is a common recreational area with playgrounds, orangery and plants that support biodiversity.
The underground car park is rented out to By&Havn Development and will be part of the overall parking solution in Ørestad. The residents of the property have direct access to the basement, which in addition to parking spaces also contains locked storage rooms, heated bicycle parking and bicycle workshop. The underground car park has public access.
The apartments are located in Ørestad near Copenhagen, next to the metro, shopping and outdoor facilities.
C.F. Møllers Have is DGNB Gold certified according to DGNB manual 2016 Renovation and new construction. The certification is issued in 2024.
