Construction of 66 new apartments at Islands Brygge

Nordstern is constructing Capella at Islands Brygge, consisting of two building towers and two townhouses.

The building towers, North and South, each have 12 floors with 32 apartments. Including the two townhouses, which have a combined area of 240 m², Capella comprises a total of 66 new residences.

The ground floor of both building towers will include a total of seven commercial leases as well as a shared community room with an orangery. The project also features shared common areas, including courtyards, terraces, and outdoor spaces.

A basement will be constructed beneath the building towers, providing parking for 39 cars, bicycle parking, as well as technical rooms and storage spaces.

The project is being executed using an open-book approach, ensuring transparency and openness with the client and partners.

The project has been submitted for DGNB certification and follows the DGNB manual 2023 New buildings and extensive renovations.
In addition, the project follows PensionDanmark’s requirements regarding, among other things, acoustic conditions, materials and energy consumption on the construction site.
