Nordstern has expertise in constructing warehouse and logistics properties. These range from building services-intensive cold storage facilities, such as the 13,520 m² refrigerated and frozen storage facility in Ishøj, to the extensive Baronessens Kvarter in Taulov, a 62,400 m² logistics centre.
