Construction of cold storage facility on the E45 highway

In cooperation with Exxit 59, Nordstern has constructed a 16,500 sq m cold storage facility on the E45 motorway.

The 10,000 sq m refrigeration area has 12 metres of headroom. The building is constructed as an available warehouse where users drop off, store and pick up the goods again.

There are two cross-dockings of 1,600 sq m and 3,000 sq m respectively, with a total of 48 available ramps. Each cross-docking is able to cool down to 2º and 4º C.

The ground floor house shower and kitchen facilities for drivers, users and employees.

On the first floor, there is a 1,500 sq m administration and office area.

The project was an open-book partnership with the client.
