Construction of 147 homes in a new 13,000 sq m residential area in Silkeborg.

The project consists of 67 one-storey terraced houses, all with their own carport, shed and private garden. The 2 or 3 room terraced houses are between 69 and 105 m². There are also four, four-storey tower blocks, each containing 20 flats with their own balcony.

The terraced houses and point houses are constructed in pale brick, with differentiated roofs in the shape of black roof tiles and roofing felt. The tower blocks are built in continuation of each other. The townhouses are placed in six clusters, facilitating both a sense of community and privacy.

The flats are targeted at diverse family structures: for example, families with one child, couples, single people and seniors.

The homes are located just a 10-minute drive from the centre, close to the lakes and cultural activities. A series of footpaths will make it easy for residents move around in, and access the area. To the south, there is ‘LAR’ - a rainwater basin, formed from water drained from the site.
