Construction of 154 DGNB Guld-certified homes and commercial

As part of the residential project, Bybladet in Tilst, Nordstern built 154 DGNB Gold-certified homes and one commercial premises.

The project features a block with homes ranging in size from studio apartments to two-bedroom apartments. The homes have an optimised, functional layout. All homes have either a private balcony or patio.

On the third floor, there are two separate roof terraces for residents. There are seating areas and greenery. The roofs are covered with sedum and surround the roof terraces.

The outdoor areas have several path systems that make it easy to move between the buildings and the residents' common areas. At the centre is a large green area that connects all the homes, encouraging a sense of community among the residents.

On the ground floor, there is a 164-sq m commercial premises with large glass sections in the facade to let in light and open up the building to passers-by.
