Construction of 209 student and family homes in Aarhus, close to the city centre.
The apartments are built on different levels from three to six storeys, with studio, one- and three-bedrooms.
The outdoor area are a large common courtyard, where residents and outsiders can utilise the facilities. There is scattered green oases and a small football pitch.
There is also an underground car park beneath the building with 63 parking spaces and storage rooms for residents.
The project follows DGNB manual 2020 New buildings and extensive renovations - Housing. Augustshave has undergone a pre-certification and the project is moving towards a final DGNB Gold certification. The pre-certificate is issued on 09.11.2023.
