Public Private Partnership – A dynamic interaction
Nordstern is active in Public–Private Partnerships (PPPs), in which properties are constructed, owned, operated and maintained by a private-sector partner, with a public authority acting as the contracting client.
Our many years of experience with PPPs have given us unique insight into public-sector construction processes and the dynamics involved in collaboration between the public and private sectors.
Our PPP and other public–private collaboration projects encompass a wide range of building types, including sports facilities, healthcare facilities, car parks and offices. Examples of our PPP projects include Forum at Aarhus University Hospital in Skejby and Skanderborg Fælled.
