We focus particularly on large-scale projects where we combine our experience in solution-oriented contract management with solutions tailored to our clients’ requirements and needs. This is reflected in projects that combine renovation with new construction and property development.
The number of Nordstern development projects involving renovation is increasing. These include the large, award-winning FÆNGSLET project in Horsens, involving the renovation of Vestsalen, and a joint venture with CapMan to renovate an office building on Lindevangs Allé in Frederiksberg.

Nordstern’s professional tendering department also delivers competitive projects for our clients. In recent years, we have experienced growing demand for our renovation department’s expertise in converting existing commercial buildings.
