One tower block, 38 terraced houses, four buildings with 84 apartment blocks and one convenience store
Viby Syd is a 10,000 sq m residential development consisting of one tower block, 38 terraced houses and four apartment blocks.
The six-storey tower block contains 20 residential units and a 1,200 sq m convenience store on the ground floor. The residential units in the tower block range in size from 75 sq m to 95 sq m. The convenience store is operated by Netto, which will have an adjacent forecourt and 48 parking spaces for Netto's customers and the residents in the development.
The terraced houses are two-storey, with private terraces and external sheds. The four apartment blocks are three stories high with a total of eight staircases and 84 housing. Each residential unit has either a balcony or terrace. A total of 59 underground parking spaces will be created for the apartment blocks and terraced houses.
The Viby Syd development will have a total of 142 residential units. The mix of housing types will provide a varied expression in the area along with a newly established green outdoor area. The outdoor areas are open to the public.
The project follows DGNB manual 2020 Renovation and new construction. Viby Syd has undergone a pre-certification and the project is moving towards a final DGNB Gold certification. The pre-certificate is issued in 2024.
