Residential and commercial premises next to the Copenhagen harbour basin at Teglholmen

Piers consists of 45 luxury homes on an area of 5,850 sq m and five commercial premises totalling 225 sq m. The buildings are built on artificial piers extending into the basin of Copenhagen Harbour at Teglholmen.

The homes range in size from 106 sq m to 154 sq m with a terrace on the ground floor providing direct access to the water via a private jetty with mooring. There are sail-shaped homes on the roofs of the buildings and a roof terrace.

The homes feature attractive large windows to optimise the amount of natural light. The facade is clad with timber on the ground floor and black profiled metal sheets from the first floor up.
