70-metre-high tower with residential and commercial premises

A 70-metre high tower now occupies the site of the former paper factory in Silkeborg.

Papirtårnet is 22 storeys high, with commercial premises on the ground floor and homes on the first floor and above. On the top two floors, there are four, 250-sq m, two-storey penthouses. The other 82 homes are between 83 sq m and 229 sq m. All homes have a French balcony.

Underneath the building is an underground car park with space for 130 cars. The underground car park is controlled by an electronic parking system.

All homes comply with the stricter energy requirements for low energy class 2020.
