Construction of 82 housing divided into tower blocks and terraced houses

Nordstern has built 82 housing on the site of a former textile factory. The project was built in two phases with a total of 34 terraced houses and two tower blocks with 48 apartments.

The tower blocks have six stories with a lift and the terraced houses are two stories.
The terraced houses range in size from 108 sq m to 149 m², while the apartments are 98 sq m. All apartments from the first floor upwards have their own balcony, while the terraced houses and ground floor apartments have their own private terrace.

Forty-two parking spaces have been established underground on the site, while the remaining 58 parking spaces are located in the car park on the neighbouring site.

The building are constructed in concrete and shell-walled with red bricks.

The first phase consists of 13 terraced houses and one tower block with 24 apartments. This phase of the construction project was handed over in August 2020.

The second phase consists of 21 terraced houses and one tower block with 24 apartments. The second and final phase was handed over in May 2023.
