Renovation and conversion of an existing building into an office building

Development, renovation and conversion of a property in the heart of Frederiksberg near Copenhagen at 8-12, Lindevangs Allé. The building underwent extensive transformation from an educational institution to a modern office building.

The almost 5,000-sq m building was retrofitted with insulation, and environmental remediation was also part of the renovation process.

As part of the renovation, part of the underground car park was converted into office space. Two of the buildings have new lightweight facades with anodised aluminium cladding; the third building has a plaster facade. New windows were installed on all facades and installations, including ventilation with cooling, were replaced. The renovation includes full interior refurbishment with plank flooring, wood-concrete ceilings and terrazzo tiles in the toilets. The existing production kitchen was partially remodelled. A new canteen with adjacent outdoor areas was also built.

The new office building is an integral part of Frederiksberg: an active, inspiring environment, which users of the building, neighbours and other Frederiksberg residents can use.
