40 luxury apartments at Havnetrekanten in Horsens

At Havnetrekanten in Horsens, Nordstern built 40 luxury homes – Geiserne. The Harbour Triangle also includes Nordstern's own headquarters with a total of 235 office spaces, external conference rooms, meeting rooms, a canteen and a business premises in the form of a shop.

When the project began, the area around the warehouse was still partly a harbour with scattered activity and disjointed buildings.

The Geiserne residential development is a distinctive landmark on the Havnetrekanten waterfront in Horsens. The 40 luxury owner-occupied apartments are occupy two tower blocks of 9 and 11 storeys. They are large, bright, exclusive homes with panoramic windows that provide magnificent views of Horsens city centre and Horsens fjord as far as the eye can see.

The homes are built in precast concrete with sandwich elements with a smooth white surface. The entire building has a pile foundation and precast concrete walls.

Each of the homes has 50 sq m of outdoor space in the form of terraces and balconies, with large roof terraces at the top. The outdoor common areas are on different levels with large planters and varied planting.

There are outdoor car parks next to the building. In tandem with the construction of the commercial part, Horsens Municipality refurbished the quayside around Havnetrekanten.
