The business park in Vejle comprises several office communities developed by Nordstern.
DANDY Business Park in Vejle is home to several office communities developed by Nordstern, including Green Tech Center, Resilience House, Business House, AI Innovation House, Nordhuset, and Tech House.
Green Tech Center consists of Green Tech House and Green Tech Lab, both completed in 2014. Green Tech Lab is a multi-purpose facility covering 1,200 m², featuring office spaces, an environmental laboratory, and fitness facilities. Green Tech House, with its 3,600 m², focuses on technology and offers prototype workshops and flexible office solutions.
Resilience House, constructed in 2017, was built with a focus on responsible solutions and future-oriented design. In collaboration with DTU, the building's total resource consumption is continuously monitored, including rainwater collection and energy use. The 2,406 m² building is powered entirely by heat pumps and was recognized in 2018 as the most resource-efficient building in Europe.
Business House, completed in 2019, spans 3,000 m² and offers flexible commercial leases in a modern building featuring an open atrium and large windows. It is constructed using aerated concrete blocks, ensuring both durability and functional architecture.
AI Innovation House, from 2018, is a 5,500 m² innovation hub dedicated to digitalization and artificial intelligence. It includes test and demonstration facilities as well as high-level security.
Nordhuset, completed in 2021, covers 4,200 m² and features multi-functional office environments, spacious and bright rooms, and high-quality materials.
Green Tech Center, Resilience House, Business House, AI Innovation House, and Nordhuset were DGNB Gold-certified in 2025, based on the DGNB manual for buildings in operation.
Tech House is a 4,939 m² office building with 14 commercial units and modern facilities. It has already received a pre-certification for DGNB Gold in 2024 and is progressing toward final certification.
The park also features an outdoor area with approximately 700 parking spaces and was developed as a greenfield project with a new road connection to the south.
A common thread across all projects is the creation of strong ecosystems. Behind the developments is a Matchmaker organization working with commercial innovation, demonstration, live labs, business development, and commercialization. Lighting and indoor climate are automatically regulated in all buildings. All lighting is DALI-controlled and adjusts to the needs of each room. Indoor climate systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation) are managed through a CTS system, including control of the heat source.
