Office Building Siriushuset in Vejle

Nordstern is constructing the office building Siriushuset in DANDY Business Park in Vejle. The building will comprise 5,141 m² distributed across four floors as well as a basement. In addition, outdoor areas will be established around the building, along with parking spaces.

The office building will be designed to accommodate flexible working environments, including workstations, meeting rooms, a reception area and a conference hall.

The building will be constructed adjacent to Nordhuset I, which Nordstern has previously completed. Geometry and brickwork will characterise both Nordhuset I and Siriushuset, creating cohesion and interaction between the buildings.

The building’s four corners will be formed with curved brickwork, and the windows will be executed in curved glass to give the building a distinctive architectural expression. The windows will be positioned to ensure optimal daylight conditions for all office spaces. In selected areas of the façade, large, wide floor-to-ceiling window sections will be installed. The building will be constructed in brick, featuring a header bond at ground floor level, and will have a flat roof. The basement will contain technical and storage rooms for ventilation systems and electrical installations.

Siriushuset will be part of DANDY Business Park, where Nordstern has previously delivered Nordhuset I, Green Tech House, AI Innovation House, Resilience House and Tech House. The area is located in the northern part of Vejle, parallel to the E45 motorway.

The project follows the DGNB Manual 2023, version 1.0.0, for new buildings and major renovations. Siriushuset is registered for DGNB certification and is targeting a final DGNB Gold certification.
