Zigzag-shaped building inspired by New York's popular High Line

The office building is inspired by New York's popular green High Line. The building structure is zigzag-shaped, providing an innovative architectural expression.

Roof terraces are established at different levels. These are connected by a green path and create a common outdoor space. Along the path, tables and benches provide social gathering points and meeting places from which the view of central Copenhagen and inner harbour can be enjoyed.

From the inside, the vertically staggered windows provide optimal workplaces with natural light, ensuring a healthy working environment.

The office building is located at Havneholmen in a neighbourhood comprising a mix of offices, exclusive homes, cafes and shops.

Bryggebroen and Cykelslangen ensure easy and quick access to Islands Brygge and central Copenhagen.

CPH Highline is DGNB Gold certified according to DGNB manual Renovation and new construction. The certification is issued in 2022.
