Renovation of 320 premises in an area of 23,816 sq m

Renovation of 320 rental units covering 23,816 m², with the development now comprising 317 rental units across 24,515 m².

Building defects in the facades and roof coverings have been repaired, and the development has been future-proofed with the addition of 102 accessibility-friendly apartments in 17 stairwells, now accessible up to the second floor via elevators.

All apartments have been upgraded with new kitchens and bathrooms, while the accessibility apartments and ground-floor units have been further enhanced with new ventilation systems.

A total of 212 apartments have undergone a basic renovation, including new windows, a new roof, renovated facades, upgraded heating systems, replaced district heating pipelines, improved outdoor areas, and insulated attic spaces.

Additionally, six smaller rental units have been merged into three new, spacious family apartments on the ground floor, providing greater flexibility and modern housing solutions.

The project was completed in November 2024.
