Renovation of 320 premises in an area of 23,816 sq m

Renovation of 320 rented properties on 23,816 sq m. After the renovation, there will be 317 premises on an area of 24,515 sq m.

Building damage to the facade and roof cladding will be repaired.

The building will be future-proofed by establishing 102 accessible homes in 17 stairwells, accessible to the second floor via a lift.

All apartments will be fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom. All accessible homes and ground-floor apartments will be given new ventilation systems.

212 homes will undergo basic renovation with new windows, new roofs, facade refurbishment, upgrading of heating function, replacement of district heating pipes, upgrading of outdoor areas and re-insulation of roof spaces.

Finally, six smaller rented properties will be merged into three new, large family apartments on the ground floor.
