Construction of a new 8,314 sq m mixed-use building containing flexible office facilities

Agro Food Park, near Skejby in Aarhus is a business area focusing on entrepreneurship and innovation within food and bioeconomy. The now approx. 1,200 work stations are expanded with an additional 525 office spaces in a new mixed-use building.

The multi-user house has various sizes of leases for companies linked to the agricultural and food industry. The building is flexible, as the leases can be divided individually according to the tenants' wishes. The building also has a production kitchen and canteen.

The multi-user house is the third in Agro Food Park, and the building will be constructed on a sloping terrain facing the Lisbjerg and Skejby area.

The building has five storeys and a total floor space of just over 8,300 sq m, of which 814 sq m is basement.

As part of the DGNB Gold certification, particular attention has been paid to the building’s indoor climate and energy consumption. Where possible, Danish-produced materials and materials with a long service life have been selected.

Agro Food Park is DGNB Gold certified according to DGNB manual 2016 New Office buildings. The certification is issued on 05.01.2024.
