Claus Skytte Appointed New Director of Development at Nordstern

Property development is a central part of Nordstern's overall strategy, where the company operates both as a property developer and general contractor. Property development plays an important role as a sourcing channel for the contracting side, while the contracting part of the business generates the necessary liquidity for land purchases and other investments in development projects. In his new role, Claus Skytte will be tasked with seizing opportunities in the current and future market.

Nordstern currently has apartment buildings, townhouses, and office projects under development, as well as several projects under construction. The expectation is to further expand the project portfolio in the coming years.
