Design- and ressource center
Nordstern has a Building Technology Centre of Excellence that supports the project team and the client throughout every stage, from early design to handover. It brings together specialists in areas including structures, quality, planning, operations, warranty and aftercare, who are involved at the relevant stages of each project.
The specialists provide multidisciplinary advice, share knowledge and help validate solutions. This strengthens both the process and the result, while providing the client with a technical safety net.

The specialists are an integral part of Nordstern’s approach and contribute naturally to the collaboration at no additional cost to the client. The aim is to deliver a robust, future-proof building in which quality and overall coherence are considered from the outset.
Specialised departments
Nordstern operates across two business areas: Construction and Property Development, each comprising specialised divisions. The Construction business area includes the Residential, Commercial and Renovation divisions. The Property Development business area comprises a specialist Property Development division.
The divisions deliver projects both independently and in collaboration, with each contributing expertise within its specialist field.
Sustainability specialists
We have a team of DGNB consultants and authorised DGNB certification managers who support individual construction projects and share expertise across projects to ensure effective knowledge sharing and certification processes.
