Design- and ressource center
Nordstern's Design- and ressource center brings together a number of departments consisting of dedicated technical and optimization specialists. The specialists collaborate across departments to ensure knowledge sharing and competence management between departments to optimise project quality, time and economy. Our Design and Competence Centre serves as the client’s safety net: through knowledge sharing, we ensure optimised processes, professional feedback on case management and quality assurance throughout the process.
Specialised departments
Nordstern operates in two business areas: Construction and Property Development, each comprising specialised divisions. Within Construction, the divisions include Housing, Commercial, and Renovation. In Property Development, there is a dedicated division also named Property Development. These divisions work both independently and collaboratively on projects, each bringing expertise in its respective field.

We have a number of DGNB consultants and auditors who deal with specific construction projects and collaborate across projects to ensure the best possible knowledge sharing and certification process.
